Trump, who in his address to the nation on Wednesday issued a “” warning, later shared another post on Truth Social saying US forces have yet to begin “destroying what’s left in Iran”.

“The biggest bridge in Iran comes tumbling down, never to be used again — Much more to follow! IT IS TIME FOR IRAN TO MAKE A DEAL BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE, AND THERE IS NOTHING LEFT OF WHAT STILL COULD BECOME A GREAT COUNTRY!” Trump said, referencing to the strikes on the Iranian B1 bridge.

The strikes on the killed eight people, according to an Associated Press report, which added that 95 who had gathered under the bridge and along the riverbank to celebrate “Nature Day

” were injured according to Iran’s state media, which cited authorities in Alborz province.

Iranian officials condemned the destruction of civilian infrastructure. The bridge was still under construction.

Trump warns, again

In another post late Thursday (local time), Trump said US forces have yet to begin “destroying what’s left in Iran,” warning of more of the country’s bridges and energy infrastructure were in his sights.

“Our Military, the greatest and most powerful (by far!) anywhere in the World, hasn’t even started destroying what’s left in Iran. Bridges next, then Electric Power Plants! New Regime leadership knows what has to be done, and has to be done, FAST!” Trump wrote.

On Wednesday evening, Trump delivered an address to the nation to share an update on the West Asia conflict US-Israeli strikes on Iran on February 28 triggered.

In his speech, Trump warned Iran of being hit extremely hard, to the extent that the country will be brought back to the “” if no deal is reached soon. Trump’s ultimatum of sorts invited trolling from official Iranian social media handles and an immediate missile launch response.

Iran launched projectiles towards Israel shortly after Trump concluded his address, in which he also claimed that Iranian missile launching capabilities are near over.

“#Trump: “I have completely destroyed #Iran’s missile capabilities.” Air raid sirens currently blaring across #Israel: Must be a meteor shower from Mars!” Consulate General of Iran in India’s Mumbai wrote on X.

Trump’s statements come amid his efforts to present to the world that negotiations are on to stop the fighting and to get Iran to surrender, a claim not fully agreed to by the Iranian side.

In the Wednesday speech with not much clarity on the status of objectives, Trump said, “Thanks to the progress we’ve made, I can say tonight that we are on track to complete all of America’s military objections shortly. Very shortly.
We’re going to hit them extremely hard over the next two to three weeks. We’re going to bring them back to the Stone Ages, where they belong”.

In the meantime, discussions are ongoing, regime change was not our goal, he said. “We never said regime change, but regime change has occurred because of all of their original leader’s death,” Trump said in the speech, adding an ultimatum next.
